Physicians Assistant

Bethany Nelson

Bethany Nelson is a graduate of Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania, and is a licensed Physician Assistant in Maryland. Earning her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from Saint Francis University. Bethany has extensive medical experience in emergency medicine and dermatology. Bethany enjoys nutrition and fitness along with being outdoors.

Jennifer Miller

Jennifer Miller is a graduate of Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania, and is a licensed Physician Assistant in Maryland. Jennifer was born and raised in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania and graduated from Meyersdale High School. Earning her undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine from Waynesburg University, Jennifer has extensive medical experience in emergency medicine, orthopedics, and family practice. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her 3 daughters.

Health Matters Urgent Care Community

Our banners hang on fences around baseball, softball, soccer, track and football fields throughout the area. Our logo is a staple in gymnasiums where young people wrestle, play basketball and volleyball and develop into confident, disciplined and healthy adults. If you run a 5k, odds are Health Matters Urgent Care helped there too.

When there is a community event that needs a partner, when able, Health Matters Urgent Care will be that partner.
